What a night! I have never been in so much pain!  they decided to take off 3.5 litres of liquid, and I definitely felt it!  my whole body was cramping I had nearly hour n a half of pure pain!!!  i lost 4.7kg of water in a night and for me that’s a lot seeing as I now only weigh 60kg!! and add to all of it I can only drink 500mls of water and what ever I pass aday!

So if anyone wants to lose weight fast just make your kidneys fail then you can go on dialysis!
