Tool tips can be a great addition to any website, they can display additional content to a certain web element with the user hovering over a section, this then frees up your site from looking cluttered as a lot of content can be hidden. Tool tips are pretty easy to create by attaching them to a title or alt tag. The web is more fun today then ever with alot of Javascript/AJAX being used on sites for user interaction. Lately I have managed to get a copy of Flash CS4 at work and as I have not used Flash in a while I thought I would see how much I could remember. CS4 isnt massively different from previous versions so it was pretty easy to get back into the flow of it.

You sometimes see this effect in films, I think vacancy was one that used this sort of effect in the opening titles, i think its really effective. Not really sure how you can get a high res version I guess you would have to redraw it all in Ai becasue you only get an option to save it in their gallery
